Bai'at literally means "to promise" and derives from the root word meaning "to sell". 문자로 bai'at "을 약속"과 루트에서 파생된 단어 의미하는 "을 판매"합니다. In English the term Bai'at is often translated as "Oath of Allegiance" or "Pledge". bai'at는 종종 영어로 번역이라는 용어를 "선서에 충성"또는 "공약".

Taking Bai'at is Sunnah as our Holy Prophet (saw) took Bai'at from the Sahaba on many occasions. taking bai'at은 우리의 거룩한 예언자로 sunnah (본)가 많은 경우 sahaba에서 bai'at합니다. In one narration our Holy Prophet (saw) said: 한 내레이션 우리의 거룩한 선지자 (본)은 말했다 :

'Will you not make bai’at to the Rasul of Allah?' '가 당신의 rasul를 만들지 bai'at 알라?' We stretched our hands and enquired: On what shall we make Bai’at to you, O Rasul of Allah? 우리가 우리 손을 뻗어 및 enquired : 컴퓨터를 bai'at를 만들어 무엇을해야하는, 또는 rasul을 알라? He (saw) said. 그는 (본)은 말했다. 'That you make the Ibaadat of Allah,- that you associate nothing with Him,- that you perform the five Salaat; that you hear and obey." '가 당신의 ibaadat을 알라, - 그것을 연관 아무것도하고있어, - 그것을 수행하면 5 개의 salaat;을 듣고 순종합니다. "

In the Qur'an, Allah (swt) says about Bai'at: 코란에서, 알라 (swt)는 말한다에 대해 bai'at :

"Verily, those who Swear Allegiance unto thee, O Muhammad (saw), in truth Swear Allegiance to Allah: The Hand of Allah is over their hands: then any one who violates his oath, does so to the harm of his own soul, and any one who fulfils what he has covenanted with Allah,- Allah will soon grant him a great Reward." "진실로 사람 충성을 맹세합니다 도다, 오 무하마드 (본), 사실은 충성을 맹세합니다 알라 : 알라가 넘는 그들의 손아귀에 손 : 그럼, 어떤 한 사람 그의 선서를 위반, 자신의 영혼의 손해를 수행하도록, 그는 무엇을 충족 중 한 사람과 계약을했다 알라, - 알라는 곧 그에게 큰 보상을 부여합니다. "

After the demise of the Holy Prophet (sallalahu alaihi wasallam) this Sunnah was assumed and practised by many elite Sahabah, on the authority of our Holy Prophet (saw). 성령의 붕괴 이후에 예언 (sallalahu alaihi wasallam)이 sunnah 연습은 많은 엘리트 sahabah 추정하고, 예언자의 권위를 우리의 신성 (보고). These eminent Sahabah included Hadhrat Abu-bakr Siddiq (ra) & Hadhrat Ali (ra) and before they departed they also nominated their successful students to carry on this Sunnah. 아부 - 처녀 hadhrat 포함 sahabah이 저명한 siddiq (프) & hadhrat 알리 (프)와 지명 또한, 그들의 성공적인 출발하기 전에 학생들에게 그들이 sunnah 운반합니다. Thus this tradition has been passed down from one generation to the next through an authentic chain of Friends of Allah (swt)..This chain is known as a Silsilah and these vary according to the Sufi Order . 그러므로이 전통은 한 세대들로부터 계승되어온의 사슬을 다음을 통해 친구의 본격 알라 (swt) ..이 사슬로 알려져있다 silsilah 이들에 따라 다릅니다 수피 주문합니다.

To enter a Sufi order one must do Bai'at to a Kamil Sheikh. 수피를 입력 kamil 셰이크를 주문하는 bai'at해야합니다.

There are two types of Bai'ah that one can perform: 그 bai'ah에는 두 종류가있습니다 하나를 수행할 수있습니다 :

Bai'ah al Barakah: This is where one initiates oneself into a spiritual order merely for the blessings of being part of the spiritual order of which has a direct link with the Holy Prophet (sallalahu alaihi wasallam) without a break in sequence. bai'ah 알 barakah : 이것은 영적인 위해 자신을 어디에 불과 하나의 시작을 축복하며 어느 부분이되고 정신의 순서로 직접 링크는 성령의 예언 (sallalahu alaihi wasallam)없이는 휴식 시간 순서대로합니다. This Bai'ah is beneficial and brings one in the bank of those who have a link with the beloved ones of Allah. 이 bai'ah은 은행의 이익과 brings 또 하나는 사랑하는 사람과 사람의 알라에 대한 링크가있습니다.

Bai'ah al Iradah / Bai'ah al Salikeen: This is where one "sells" one's self and surrenders completely to to the Friend of Allah (swt). bai'ah 알 iradah / bai'ah 알 salikeen : 이것은 어디에 하나의 "판매"하나의 자기와 친구의 항복을 완전하게 알라 (swt). Similar to how the corpse is left in the hands of the ghassal' (washer). 시체가 남아있는 유사한 방법의 손에 ghassal '(세탁기). This Bai'ah leads one to receive both deen and dunya Spiritual Faiz . 이것 하나를받을 bai'ah 리드 dunya 둘 다 디나과 영적 faiz합니다. It is this very type of Bai'ah that was undertaken by the Sahaba upon the hands of the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) and is also injuctioned in the Quran as it leads one to Allah (swt): 그것은 이것을 매우 유형의 bai'ah 아래는 예언의 손에 sahaba시 (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)와도 연결되는대로 injuctioned 코란의 알라 (swt) :
