Dreaming of Milk and Other Beverages

Milk : Milk in general symbolises the Fitratul Islam and the Sunnah of Rasoolullah (Sallallaahu-alayhi-wasallam). Fitratual Islam means the natural religion of Islam while Sunnah means the actions of RAsoolullah (Sallallaahu-alayhi-wasallam). Thus, dirnking or possessing milk suggest that the observer will attain righteousness and he will remain stead fast on his Deen.

Drinking Fresh Milk : If a person sees himself drinking fresh milk (not whey or curd) of a known animal, it implies that he will acquire wealth that is halaal and lawful.

Drinking Curd or Whey : Drinking any of these means loss of wealth as a result of which he will be grieved.

Cheese : It symbolises happiness, prosperity and assets in general. Fresh cheese is regarded better than dried cheese.

Cow Milk, Camel Milk and Buffalo Milk : All three symbolise prosperity and goodness, sheep milk also symbolises prosperity and goodness but to a lesser degree than the former.

Milk of Wild Camel : It symbolises progress in one' Deen.

Mule Milk : If drunk, it symbolises terror and hardship.

Donkey Milk : A tamed donkey's milk represents serious illness but he will be cured.

Milk of Game : Milk of all edible game symbolises prosperity and lawful rizq.

Horse Milk : The drinker will acquire a good reputation.

Lioness Milk : It means the observer will defeat his foe.

Milk of a Bitch : It represents intense fear and that the observer's foe will gain vicotyr over him.

Vixen Milk : Vixen or she-fox milk symbolises goodness, will being, happiness and prosperity.

Sow's Milk : The one who drinks it, his mentality and thing will change for the worse.

Drinking Milk from the Breast : If a person sees himself drinking or being fed milk from the breast of a woman, it means he will either be imprisoned or find himself in utter poverty, as the maximum period for suckling is tow years. Anything beyond that means imprisonment or dire straits.

Breast Filling with Milk : If a woman sees here breasts filling with milk or milk flowing from her breasts, it is interpreted as prosperity and wealth in abundance coming her way.

Wine : It symbolises unlawful wealth if there is no suggestion of any dispute with someone over the wine. But if there is any such suggestion then it is some harm coming his way.

Intoxicants Made from Dates or Grapes : They signify apprehension and doubt about one's resources or about the lawfulness of one's earnings.

Intoxication : Intoxication without drinking wine suggest something unfavourable, for Allah Tal'aala says: you shall see mankind as drunk, yet they are not drunk: but (the truth is that) the punishment of Allah is dreadful.

Drinking Wine : Drinking win with another means the drinker will quarrel with that person with regards to his livelihood provided there is a dining table between them.

Brewing Wine : The brewer will be employed by the king or the ruler and great decision will be made by him.

River of Wine : If a person sees a river flowing with wine and such a river flows through lush and green land with which he is not familiar, drinking from such a river or entering such land is a glad tiding that the observer will attain Jannah. But if he does not consume such wine or does not enter such land, it forewarns an impending calamity.

Honey : Honey symbolises pure and lawful wealth and cure from sicknesses.
