Comment by Iqbal Ahamad Usmani on 2009-03-12 22:35:23 Thank you very much and thanks for your strict mail which made me to take decision to speak to my manager regarding timings for salat, whether or not thinking about safety of my job. And I really did it. By the grace of Allah and your Hadhrat's prayers I have changed my life. This is just the beginning. We are now 5 times salat performers. I have not written since so many days because I want to really follow and make it happen that I pray 5 times. And not only that, I am performing tahajjud also! Without salat, I feel I lost something and my does not agree to lose, and this habit is established. But this inshAllah will sustain for ever. Ameen!

Comment by Manna Wightman on 2009-03-12 22:44:48 This morning I did both Tasbeeh and the other meditation. Not much new to tell. But tonight I was doing Zikr and a went through some crying again. Then my heart started feeling very warm, like it was getting hot. Then with the Tasbeeh meditation I continued doing Zikr and everything in my heart was happening at once. It was hymning "Itha Noor", and reciting "La il aha il Allah", and feeling hot. I am not a multi-tasker, but I guess my heart is! My heart is still feeling hot and I am feeling like crying again. I'm glad there is no one here to see me. |
Comment by Muhammad Umar Ansari on 2009-03-12 22:47:57 Assalamulaikum, I am 15 years old, and I am from Karachi Pakistan, but I have been living in Canada for 2 years now, Alhamdulillah. In this city, everywhere you see there is corruption. I have been trying to perform Qalbi Zikr. But worldly things disturb me. Please pray for me!. I have been into religion for quiet a while now. And one night I had a chance of seeing the Prophet, in my dreams, and I promise that I have. The people around me were saying, The prophet Muhammad is here!. And now the love for Allah is growing but things like lust, disturb me. My uncle was also into sufism and zikr. I am just a boy, but want to love Allah. Please Help. Jazakallah. Assalamualaikum |

Comment by Hassan Ali on 2009-03-12 23:18:41 I think this website is great. I'm one of Khalifa Saleem's students at iqra education center and it just feels great to know all these things about Hadhrat Sahib. |
Comment by Guest on 2009-09-14 16:47:36 I am unable to do qalbi zikr constantly because my mind loses focus on the heart Reply: As muscles take time to build, so too the heart needs times to build enough strength to remember Allah (swt) constantly. InshAllah if you spend longer and longer in concentrated Muraqabah (during the early morning) then Qalbi Zikr will take place automatically throughout the rest of the day. |

Comment by Guest on 2009-09-05 23:30:09 I can hear ringing beats in my when my heart beats. Is that supposed to happen? Reply: There are various signs that your Qalb is doing Zikr. Please cotinue until you hear your heart say Allah. |
Comment by Guest on 2009-08-28 04:49:22 Its amazing, listening to the dual beat audio with headphones on sounds like as if its your own heart beating Allah and when you take it of you believe that it is still Allah over and over again best way to practices i believe that it is. |
Comment by Guest on 2009-09-26 19:13:07 I know i should not right anything here except if qalbi zikr worked for me or not but i need to know when you recite Alllah Allah do you recite it slowly in your head or quickly? And how long does it take for qalbi zikr to become active as in when your heart says Allah Allah. I am still trying please to get back to me Allah hafiz. Reply: At first it would be better to start slow and begin to speed up as you get used to it. Later on, a rate of over several hundred per second can be achieved! At this point your heart will just hum/vibrate. With dedication and effort it takes about 3 days to achieve a living qalb. ie a qalb that has become perpetually alive in the zikr of Allah. |
Comment by GUEST on 2009-09-17 10:16:51 Just want to say thankyou. I am just beginning but this feels so 'right'. I am not muslim at this time but thankyou for making it accessible to me anyway. May Allah bless you all. |

Jazakallah Khair Reply: Click the following link: http://www.zikr.co.uk/content/view/77/119/ Click the first download link, Dual beat: Qalbi Zikr Technique Play the file, concentrate on your heart and imagine with every dual beat that your heart is beating along with it saying Allah. Even if you cannot feel anything continue to do this for as long as you can. and continue to do so until you begin to feel your heart beating All-lah All-lah in rhythm.

Comment by Guest on 2009-11-18 10:17:48 How many hours a day muraqaba should a person do? can a person do muraqaba while moving? Reply: We advise a minimum of 20 minutes morning and evening. If you can do more you should. Especially during the initial stages when the heart needs a good clean. Qalbi Zikr can be done whilst moving, but Muraqaba, which means meditation, should be done in a calm posture where one is totally absorbed in the remembrace of Allah alone. |
Comment by Guest on 2009-11-18 10:40:07 Salaam, May Allah bless you for the service and encouragement you are providing everyone. How can I determine if my heart is doing Zikr? I don't feel any Warmth, buzzing, ringing etc., I have been trying for Weeks now. I feel very sad that I I'm not achieving any results. What are the sigsn that my heart is doing Zikr. Jazakallahu Khairun Reply: Walaikumus-Salaam Firstly we congratulate you on deciding to make an effort on your Heart. Please do not be alarmed if you do not instantly see/feel results. So long as you are actually doing Qalbi Zikr and Muraqabah know well that your heart is well on its way to full purification. When your heart is completely pure it WILL do the zikr of Allah perpetually and you WILL feel it. To help it become purified quciker, refrain from seeing, listening, saying or thinking of anything that is sinful/disliked in islam and ensure you are engaged in your Salaah 5x a day. You will see results VERY quickly.. Wasalaam |
Comment by Dr Gull on 2009-11-18 10:27:31 I wanted to know whether this qalbi zikr can be done during menstrual periods also? Qalbi Zikr can be done at all times inclduing during Menstruak Period. It can also be done in all positions, standing, sitting or lying down. and also how does one hear the heart saying ALLAH Hu with the physical ears? Yes the physical ears will hear the heart say Allah. It will be the sound of your own voice. Some see it in a dream also, some in Muraqabah. You will know your heart is doing zikr if you feel a beating, hummiong or vibrating sensation around the left upper side of your body (where the heart is located.) whilst doing Muraqabah, > kindly do reply me as I have asked one question earlier but did not get the answer yet. thnak you Dr.gull(Pakistan) Apologies. It is quite demanding to write responses to each and every letter but we always make dua whether you receive a response or not. InshAllah we will respond personally to your issue very soon.

Comment by GUEST on 2009-11-23 03:16:11 I have been doing qalbi zikr for sometime now and i can smell the scent of a rose every now and then lke im wearing attar but i don't use attar so i don't know where the smell is coming from is this normal? Reply: Allahu Alim... Do Muraqabah and see if this phenomenon increases or fades away.. |
Comment by GUEST on 2010-01-12 02:12:33 I do qalbi zikr and when it gets heavy on my heart i look down and the smell of attar comes from my chest area. Only for a burst of a coupe of seconds until my heart calms down and then i can just slightly smell the attar until it fades away. |
Comment by Muhammad Usman on 2010-01-12 02:12:18 Asalamu alaikum ; 1)As guided in step 4 that we should repeat the word "Allahu Allahu Allah" mentally but on some other point you mentioned that imagine your own heart beating "Al-lah" I am bit confused here that we should repeat the word "Alla-hu" or "Al-lah" is there any difference ? reply: Using tasbeeh technique its easier to say Al-lah in the heart. Thats the only difference. 2) Now regarding dual-beat Technique ; Is it that two beats of heart making "Al-lah" sound or two beats saying "Allah" and two "Hu" ? reply: Two beats. Al- lah 3) You mentioned above that; some see it in a dream also, some in Muraqabah the heart saying Allah. Reason of asking is that , can everyone not hear it with his physical ears. Reply: You will hear it with your physical ears eventually. Most feel a heavy beating heart at first, .. then go on to see it say Allah in their dream .. and then move on hear it with their ears.. Some may hear it first time.. it all varies.. but none the less so long as you are doing zikr.. you'll be happy peaceful and jolly!

Comment by Abida on 2010-01-12 02:05:30 Asslamo Alaikum I have been trying to do it for last couple of days. Only purpose is i want to love Allah and i want His love. He has given me everything in this wolrd but now i want His love. Sometime back was not even aware that something like this exists but went for umrah and now i want this. i get involved in worldly affairs but still i want some miracle to happen that He choses me and makes me love Him and only Him. Sometimes when i am doing qalbi zikr i feel movement in upper left of my body but then i know im causing it intentionaly with everytime i say Allah. Sometimes i feel my heart beat but then its lost also i dont know for sure if its my heart or imagination that i am feeling it. especially during namaz or quran recitation i cannot concentrate. I wanted to ask should i do it all the time even using wash rooom i currently feel being disrespectful doing this so i dont do it. please take time to reply will be very grateful. i cannot concentrate on it the moment i start speaking anything be it in a loud or low voice and because of this i dont do any tasbeeh or verbal zikr which i used to do daiy before i came to know about qalbi zikr on your site. I will be very grateful for your help please take time to reply. and also i cannot download dual beat heart beat audio properly as everytime i play it, there is no sound in it. and i am not bale to concentrate with tasbeeh audio i think i am ery slow and its too fast for me to say Allah Allah with it. Please help may Allah bless you for your help. best regards thankyou Abida Re: Walaikumus-Salaam.. Yes do the zikr at all times even in the wash room. It is done inthe heart not on the tounge so you are free to do it 24hrs of the day. InshAllah when you have become firm on it, your heart will even do zikr whilst you sleep! Sucessful indeed are those who do zikr all day..and night. The tasbeeh meditation files will help you.. the beat is there.. just turnthe volume up. It does seem fast at first.. but when you start doing several hundred a second.. it will most definety sound slow.. All the best.. Wasalaam

Comment by GUEST on 2010-01-12 02:01:52 Salam thanks a lot for teh help you have provided on this site. I wanted to ask that i try to imagine my heart expanding with "Al" and collapsing with "llah", is it right to do so this way i remain focused. Reply: If this works for you then do it this way. Soon as you start to increase the zikr cycle you'll do several hundred in a second without any effort! Well done so far! |
Comment by GUEST on 2010-01-12 01:59:58 asslamoalaikumwarahmatullahwabarakatuh Can my heart become alive from just using the simple meditatin file or do I need to use the tasbeeh meditation file as well. Comment by GUEST on 2010-01-02 06:14:07 Assalam o alaikum, there, I have been doing qalbi zikr for the last one and half months, and also the muraqba after fajr and isha, regularly( alhamdu llillah), I can now feel my heart beating in the rhythm of ALLAH hu all the time, other than muraqba also, and two days back, I felt some fragrance in my bed room where I do muraqba, I was wondered because I was not using any fragrance that time, it faded away after sometime, . I have registered myself as mureed online also, and in the contact form I have asked some questions regarding bai'ah barakah, .Kindly do reply as I am waiting for some answers urgently. Thank you very much for such a valuable gift of Qalbi zikr,I feel as I have found shelter in this world of distress and sorrows, I feel myself close to ALLAh more than ever. Thank you again and jazak ALLAh khair. DR.Gull(Pakistan) |
Comment by ekramol on 2010-01-17 18:24:10 This jamaat in my eyes is the best out of all naqsbandi tariqas. I have searched every other naqshbandi mujaddidi tariqa and learnt about their khatam sharif and khatam kwajagan and found them difficult to keep constantly doing. However by the will of Allah i have been lead to this jamaat which has a simple khatam sharif and khatam kwajagan which makes it easy to do and learn quickly. And the way qalbi zikr is performed in this jamaat is just perfect. Everything about this jamaat is simple and perfect the way islam should truly be. |
Comment by GUEST on 2010-01-24 22:23:49 slmz please could you tell me the difference between qalbi zikr and meditation. sorry for any inconvience but i am a bit confused between the two and please could you make dua that Allah opens my heart as well. JazakAllah Reply: Qalbi Zikr is where you do the zikr of Allah in the Heart whilst also walking, talking, eating and playing. Meditation or Muraqabah is where you are in a relaxed state, with eyes closed, having cut yourself off from everything/everyone and solely concentrate on your heart and do the zikr of Allah. This is what you do if you REALLY want a good clean heart and want to get your heart started.forever in the zikr of Allah. Wasalaam |
Comment by GUEST on 2010-02-16 18:41:10 asslamo alaikum If a person sees yellow light while doing qalbi dhikr, what does that mean, what does the yellow light signify? Reply: Walaikumus-Salaam You're receiving faiz (spiritual noor) Remember: you are doing Zikr to Remember Allah.(swt) So if lights stop or change colour, do not be disgrunted or impressed. Just continue with your zikr..

Comment by GUEST on 2010-06-19 19:31:55 asslamoalaikum I wanted to ask a question that can a person get a living heart by doing the verbal dhikr of the name of Allah. JazakAllah khair. Walaikumus-salaam Verbal Zikr certainly helps towards achieving a living heart, but without Qalbi Zikr the heart can never become perpuetually alive in the remembracne of Allah. Imagine verbal zikr like a dial up internet connection. It is certainly beneficial and gives you some experiance of what it is like to be online..but nothing in comparison to a 100MB always on broadband connection! I hope you can see what i mean.. Wasalaam |

Comment by GUEST on 2010-09-23 09:19:48 I have a question regarding Khatm-e-Khawajgan. When I am reading it, I say Bismillah each time before Surah Fathiha. Then I have to read 79 x Surah Al-Inshira and 1000 x Surah Ikhlas. Do I read Bismillah once when I start, or each time 79 x Surah Al-Inshira and 1000 x Surah Ikhlas? Reply: You're only required to read Bismillah at the beginning and each time before you read Surah al-Fatiha. Other than that it is beneficial but not neccessary. |
Comment by GUEST on 2010-11-29 01:27:01 Asslamo alaikum, how are you? I really wanted answer to a question I'm been thinking of that the light of Allah cannot be seen so why is it that when a person recieves light from Allah he or she may see lights of different colours. JazakAllah khair. Asslamo alaikum. Walaikumus-Salaam Lights or other visual/audio effects are just an illustration of faiz (noor). Whether you see or hear anything is really quite insignificant. The Heart should engage in zikr regardless of any phenomenon. One's true goal is to acquire love of Allah and his Rasul (Swallallhu alayhi wasallam) once you have that.. you will have attained everything. All other attempts to achieve anyting other than the above will certainly see fruits for their efforts.. but will stop short of receiving the full grand reward given to the seekers above. In the end.. anything given/shown to you by Allah is a gift. and you can't/shouldn't force a gift to be given.. it's up to you to show your love through rembrance and obedience.. and Allah will respond to your love.. Comment by GUEST on 2010-11-29 01:19:31 Hi, if I want to be VERY wealthy inshallah, can this help me to become wealthy inshallah? How can I get REAL close to Allah ta'ala, will the Chilla Nashini get me there? Salam Walaikumus-Salaam Being wealthy or wanting to be wealthy is fine So long as the love of wealth does not enter your heart. For this make effort to acquire halal rizq and do lots of Qalbi Zikr. It will make you wealthy in this life and the next. Wasalaam |

Comment by syed21188 on 2011-02-02 13:25:28 Salam, How are you doing? I am a bit confused as to how to do the Qalb Dhikr. Do we have to keep on saying Allahu Allahu Allah the same way everytime? Or do we keep on repeating Allah Allah Allah Allah..... in our hearts? Can we also do two dhikrs, like verbal and qalbi? Please clarify. Thank-you, Ahmed Walaikumus-Salaam Your thoughts are directed towards the heart at all times. You are to imagine the heart is doing the zikr of Allah. Saying Allahu Allahu Allahu.. During Muraqabah, when you have some time, close your eyes and focus on your heart and use the tasbeeh/dual beat technique and get your heart to say Allah Allah Allah... InshAllah with regular practise one day it WILL say Allah. |
Comment by GUEST on 2011-02-02 13:23:24 Whether our should say allah aur allahu which is suitable for me....(mansoor) Re: Walaikumus-Salaam Allah Allah Allah during Muraqabah with tasbeeh/dual beat Allahu Allahu Allahu throughout the day whilst doing Qalbi Zikr, |
Comment by GUEST on 2011-02-02 13:22:05 salaam do I have permission to recite this zikr verbaly aswell? and can you do diffrent zikr aswell or just the one stated or is it better to carry on doing this zikr without changing. When i do this zikr i feel very relaxed and happy sumthimes when i do this zikr I dont want to talk to people and when there is alot of noise or talking i feel fustrated wy does this happen? Re: Walaikumus-Salaam Doing this zikr verbally has benefits but not as much as those attained whilst doing Qalbi Zikr. it should be ntoed that Verbal zikr can be done by anyone. Qalbi Zikr, on the other hand is reserved for those who are the favourites of of Allah (swt). Although we have made this available to all, through this site, even then only a fraction will actually have the urge and desire to acquire it. This is all from Allah (swt). Whoever Allah (swt) chooses will remember Allah (swt) permanently in their heart and they will benefit from the favours and blessings it provides in this world and the next. As for staying alone, it is a good sign that you are becoming distant from the world. To become a kamil Wali, your heart will remain distant although you will be very much involved in the life of dunya (ie business, family etc.) Wasalaam

Comment by GUEST on 2011-03-10 09:31:02 Assalaamu 'alaikum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu, Alhamdulillaah! This is a very loveable site, I especially love the Blessed Sunna pages! My question: I already am a mureed of a Blessed Shaykh, so I can't become a mureed of dear Hadzrat saheb, but can I still get permission to do Qalbi Zikr? Fi Amanillaah! Walaikumus-salaam yes, you can continue to remain with your sheikh and also learn and practise Qalbi Zikr. you will benefit greatly due to increased faiz and you'll quickly succeed in your own silsilah.. Comment by GUEST on 2011-04-03 18:46:47 Assalaam I began doing Qalbi zikr, I always first listen to the zikr of Hadhrat and then try to move on on myself. But lately when doing this zikr, I get a stange feeling going from my head to the rest from the body, and then my eyelids begin to move very excessively, while my eyes are closed. This scared me and I wonder whether or not I should continue? Especially the erratic movement of my eyelids scared me. Reply: Walaikumus-Salaam Yes do continue. There is nothing that ever goes wrong doing zikr of Allah. You should however be bai'ah to a Kamil Wali. So if you are not already bai'ah please consider doing so. Whether here or elsewhere. Wasalaam |
Comment by GUEST on 2011-04-16 16:58:31 Salam. Will Qalb Zikr turn you into a genius if you wish, such as a great scientist, like Real smart? You say "Allahu" throughout the day and "Allah" while doing Muraqaba? I thought I read differently on the site. Salam Walaikumus-Salaam The Quran states that the most intelligent of men/women are those that do the zikr of Allah unceasingly. This is no understatement. What most will find difficult to comprehend, a Zakir (one who does the zikr of Allah unceasingly) can do with great ease. Wasalaam
